Also has anyone experienced the game getting choppy and starting to freeze up frequently for a good half to full second?mjk_1

GameSpot's review mentioned this and it is a pretty widespread issue though some people don't experience it at all.

I'd say the game took me about 18 hours my first time through, a little less my second.

So if they improved on the game it would be higher, lost ground = lower. jayfi33

It's not quite that straightforward. You also need to take into account the fact that standards are constantly rising and that it's been a few years now since Halo 2 was released, for instance.
