@hannibalb: I had my doubts about Demon's Souls Remake , especially from Bluepoint who Isn't the original developer , but after the new In depth gameplay trailer shown the other day , all my fears have been put to rest , this Is a legit PS5 launch "killer app" for me personally , and It looks amazing and faithful In all the right ways yet updated In all the right ways as well. I'm glad I went with PS5 + PC. It really just depends on knowing what you like to play.
@sippio: Good points. I see many people still knock PS2's launch but imo that was Sony's best "launch window"of games. Playstation has never had great launches.
Demon's Souls had me pumped but honestly the combat dosen't look like proper souls , and It's too " clean " almost generic looking I don't know how else to describe It , but combat and atmosphere Is crucial ( It does look pretty though ! ). Spiderman and Cold War are the only launch titles that I for sure care about from this list. Demon's Souls and Assassin's Creed maybe wait and see.
This looks great and I like what I see with the more traditional setting and style , but at the same time I DONT want Final Fantasy 15 part 2. I just wanna move away from that combat system and anything related to that game. I want a brand new fresh Final Fantasy that mostly takes a whole new experimental approach , and even If this fails I can always still respect them being brave and really trying radically different approaches. I'm not gonna lie though I would love turn based back In a mainstream FF one day.
@Elranzer: Yeah the Series S dosen't make much sense to me. I'm not gonna say It's a bad Idea If they can make It work for the cheapest price but I hate It exists lol.
