@Thetylander 15% discount, huh? To bad you have to already pay for a monthly subscription to order that pizza. I'll pay full price for my pizza and save my $15 a month.
@MajinSquall I think they are doing it before E3 so that they don't get booed off the stage when/if the always-online rumor is true. This early conference is making me believe that it will be always-online.
In other words, the beginning of the end of the Xbox. If it truly does require an always-online connection. Regardless, I doubt I'll get it anyways. My 360 has just been an oversized paper weight for about a year.
I can't wait. TW:Rome was my first TW game and I've been in love with the series since. Hopefully this will fill the void I now have since Spartacus ended. Ancient Rome is my favorite period in history.
I should go back and play Shogun 2. Surely they've fixed the save corrupting bug by now. I was never able to become Shogun because of it. It should help pass the time until this comes out.
And so I'm reminded of a quote by Douglas Adams: “I find the whole business of religion profoundly interesting. But it does mystify me that otherwise intelligent people take it seriously.”
@JRLennis I appreciate the info. Though Battlestar Galactica is the only show you listed that I have watched. I didn't know it was on Syfy. I watched it on Netflix probably a year or so after it ended. I think the last shows I watched on Syfy were "The Invisible Man" and "Farscape".
I'm looking forward to more episodes. It's hard to judge a show off just one episode. I had pretty low expectations for the show and the game. The show had way better special effects than I would have thought for a TV show on Syfy. And given my distaste for shooters, the game was way more fun than I would have dared hoped for. I probably wouldn't have even tried it if it wasn't for the free beta weekend I got through my PS account.
