I know 4 PC gamers on the top of my head with a Wii U, myself not included, and then I'm not even talking 3ds. Some PC gamers also have kids and/ or a significant other they like to game with, some PC gamers want to recreate the good old fun they had in their college dorm by playing Mario Kart or SSB with their mates and some PC gamers grew up on Nintendo and just love to play Mario, Zelda or some of the more quirky Nintendo titles every now and then.
But I get it, PC master race and what not. Die peasants die.
At least 80% of the world's PC gamers games on what you would consider to be 'inferior hardware', I don't see the problem. Nintendo uses widely available and cheap tech because it can't give the target audience a console with a gtx1070 level of performance for $299.
In my opinion PC and Nintendo make for a great combination; the PC allows me to play almost everything my heart desires on good hardware and for the rest there is the Wii U/ 3DS/ Switch.
Can't wait for Nintendo to drop their huge bombshell next week; it'll be able to stream your PC games to your TV. The extra money you'll spend by not going for the Steam Link will be so worth it when you'll have gaming's best combo available to you.
Skyrim was a great game on PC in 2011 and had some legs because of the modding community. But in 2016, after playing TW3 and its DLC expansions, Skyrim just plays like what it is: a product of a generation gone by.
What concerns me more however is how Fallout 4 did so little to set itself apart from its predecessor and in this post- The Witcher era Bethesda has to step up its game if they want the next Elder Scrolls to be such a big hit as Skyrim was.
