Awesome! There's a 54% increase in overall user happiness on Xbox Live with more than 24 million achievements unlocked last month. There are 5619 people hard at work to make the Xbox One a succes and just 1 of them is taking pretty much all credit. Furthermore January saw a pretty big decrease in hours played month to month, with 75 million in total, but that is due to December being the festive season; year over year it was a solid 13% up.

So, you feel quite silly now, don't you Sony? With your salesnumbers...

What an excellent video, great way to spice up a boring unboxing! Although GS is going down the crapper, they have some of the finest videos and editing in the business.

@sladakrobot:

If they were to make a current gen, preferably VR supported, Steel Battalion with the big ass controller they had back in the day, I'd pay some serious money for that. Although the game seems insanely hard, it still feels like a crucial gaming experience I missed out on. Make it happen PSVR and Hori!

DualShockers is making gaming journalism easier than ever it seems; you just wait till they report on something, copy/ paste, and sometimes give them credit when you feel like it or just list the original source, they spend hours on investigating, for shits and giggles and call it a day.

I was thinking bout beginning my own site called "awkwardbutinnovativenintendocontrollers. com"

@gottago42: I know, I play it almost daily :D Warzone feels as if it was made for me. But in all honesty I don't think we would've had so much content and free DLC if the One wasn't so far behind the PS4; MS had every intention to win back some of the people who had jumped ship and make 360 gamers upgrade.

So MS has something to gain from giving free DLC away for their flagship title, Activision is just making money off the game. And this year's CoD seemed very content heavy and totally worth it's money. I do feel there should be a shift to a more sustainable system where the base game and DLC are priced better. When $50 DLC drops, which is almost the amount of money the game costs, nobody considers how much content the base game had to offer. So instead of just asking '$60 + $50', I'd rather see them ask '$30 + $25 + $25 + $20 + $20' or something so the amount of content you get reflects the price they're asking better (the sum of the parts in the last example is always bigger than it is now because probably the net income will decrease slightly. They can make a $110/ $120 total package though).

I see that another reader considers this DLC to be a "ripoff", but I in all honesty feel as if they give an enormous amount of content for your money as a whole. The game with season pass is $60 + $50 and delivers just so much content with a pretty great campaign, all sorts of multiplayer modes and the whole Zombie thingy.

I'm not an active CoD player myself, but seeing what they're bringing to the table now, after experiencing some of the chock full game 2 months back, I feel they're really giving your money's worth... I never thought I'd ever say that about paid DLC, let alone any Activision product!

@seriousdave: That's probably because of some heavy sponsoring. From the perspective of the FGC I could see why they would be willing to feature 2 new Bandai Namco games because BN is always really supportive when it comes to local tournaments; they sponsor lots of events and provide even lots of smaller initiatives with screens and consoles to host a decent tournament.
