i know! i just replied to the another board about which game brings out the worst in you, and it has to be dead rising. it's awesome, but just so frustrating at times. just all the getting stuck in the ponds, and whenever i walk into one of them frank punches/stabs them and they just sort of flail and roll about like idk... a coma victim being prodded with a cattle rod is the only thing i could compare it to.

thanks for that though (:

Soul Calibur. Everyone I play with knows all the moves, and I get easily frustrated when they do all these epic shiny attacks, and I'm button mashing :(..

truuuue dat! yeah, i know exactly what you mean >< and when you pick a character that's really slow or has really short reach compared to the other person's.

but for me, it has to be dead rising. the survivors are just so painfully, infuriatingly stupid! they run straight into the horde of zombies instead of just going around and when i try to walk past them my character just punches them so they roll around like a coma victim being electrocuted -___-

don't even get me started on otis.

No i'd rather stick with my controller.

sukraj

i concur. i'm too lazy for new-fangled things like that. i also don't want to be jumping around like a complete gorm.

although, someone i know will probably get it, so if it turns out it's actually good, i might reconsider. but that's if it's good, as in, something i'd get significant use out of at home on my own, not just with friends or at a party like the wii.

can you get survivors you're escorting to just stay put in the toilet for a bit whilst you do something? i set a target marker for the back of the toilet, but they always end up following me and eventually become zombie chow. am i doing something wrong, or is it not possible?

it must be really obvious, but i don't know how! i can't go into the mall from the leisure park without getting off the bike. i've googled it but can't find anything :/ do i have to go through the maintenance tunnels or something?

also: the achievements such as "get all costumes" and "eat all food/drink types in the mall" - is that in total, over all playthroughs/modes, or do you have to get them all in one 72 hour playthrough?

so? ¬___¬ i play real games as well, but, as a harry potter fan, i can't help it! obviously it hasn't been the same since chamber of secrets for ps2, but i found order of the phoenix for the xbox 360 for £2, and i couldn't resist.

i'm actually really stuck though; hidden hogwarts symbols? i think i uncovered some in the transfiguration courtyard in the grass, but i don't know where the rest are, or even what they are really. i've looked everywhere for a guide but i can't find any. has anyone done this? i'd reaaally appreciate any help xP

nay, i've only spoken to him once, and that was when i first met him and you're presented with three options. i chose the most dickish response, and now he just won't initiate any real conversation :/

yeah, exactly, all points i agree with. the wii is undoubtedly fun, especially with friends, but it completely loses its novelty; most people i know who have a wii have it in a corner or up on a shelf, gathering dust by now.

and like others have said, sometimes i'll play games like fallout 3 for three hours or so at a time, and just want to cotch back in my beanbag. also, wouldn't it totally ruin the atmosphere of games like bioshock if you had to be doing weird actions and movements? or maybe it would make you feel more emersed in the game, idk, but personally, i think it would look stupid.

project natal is fair enough, if that's what you're into, but i'd hate to see it push the controller out. bungie already ruled out the new halo game being playable with natal, so that sort of suggests it probably won't get attract many proper games, much like the wii. i think alot of serious gamers would probably object to natal taking over the controller as well, so hopefully it won't happen.

was on the xbox live forums, and stumbled across a thread where people were saying fable 3 might only be playable on this whole new project natal thing. i don't think that would happen tbh; it wouldn't be compulsory at least. but i nearly started off on a rant about it, because seriously, wtf?!

http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/news-features/news/Controller-free-gaming.htm

according to steven spielberg, "With 'Project Natal,' we'll see games that bring everyone together through technology that actually recognises us". what a load of bollocks! i hate this whole motion sensor thing that's clawed its way into gaming. but that was all fine; it was limited to the wii, more a party toy than a serious console tbh... but it will totally ****ing suck if xbox buys into it as well.

i definately won't be having anything to do with it, even if it means missing out on certain games. i don't want to be jumping and leering about my living room like a total gorm! what's wrong with the controller? good god! .____.

am i the only person that thinks this looks **** s:
