No, it's the Pc Gamer staffs opinion. The user one is being voted for now at pcgamertop100.com

And it seems people still think this is a best 100 list, turns out some people don't think starcraft is as fun as 99 other games *shock horror* It's just 100 games, they find fun... People can't read that (since myself and others have said above), and I doubt this will be read either. I like the list, agree with most of the choices :)

There's a Uk & US PC Gamer mag (as well as many other versions in other countries), this is the UK one ;)

Great thing they stated it's merely their favorites list, not what they think are the top 100 PC games, otherwise we'd have a lot of complaints about StarCraft being on the bottom of the list among other things.

You'll see many magazine articles, TV shows and websites that proclaim the 'Best Ever' cars/films/songs/lolcats.

What makes our one different? It's the way we decide what makes it in. These are not the best 100 games ever. No: these are the games we love.

No one reads their own first paragraph, or my post... instead just skip straight to the list. That's what happened.
