Oh look, super hyped overrated game franchise receives blockbuster acclaim on a review website. Gosh GS, I'm sure glad you're an unbiased and totally honest critic of games. It's really apparent. I mean heck, Black Ops II got an 8.0 - clearly Call of Duty isn't an overhashed and stale game that's just repackaged once a year.

And people wonder why new games are so bland anymore...I don't...the proof is here.

Great, with this new design: My updates are gone (No longer at the top right corner like they've been forever), new stories at the top right have been replaced by top rated games (Like I care? I'd look for them if I wanted to see), and my messages have also been moved to some magical new location. I fail to understand why EVERY website that updates the look always thinks they're "improving" everything when they make things that were easy to find more complicated than they were. My university did the same thing - gone was the easy to locate button for our student email, now buried in a few sub-menus. Google has also recently "improved" the Google toolbar by autohiding (with NO option to disable) all my buttons I "don't use" - which apparently are the buttons I use all the time and it just hides on me for me to have to manually put BACK on my toolbar. Yeah, improvement...PSHH! Very rarely do any of you websites make improvements, you just complicate how to find things further. Why is something an improvement when the new version requires more clicks to do the same things, from a UI designers POV?

Maybe it's just me...but I don't see huge differences in these games. Side by side you can tell kind of, but played seperately I don't think you'd particularly jump out and notice the difference. Are people seriously complaining about these graphics? People act like consoles look horrible...sorry the difference between PC games and console games is still pretty close. I can imagine once DX 11 comes in full force on the PC games that the consoles might suffer and we may see a new generation. Stuff like PS Move and Kinect do tend to be final ditch efforts for the console (they have in the past for previous consoles - EyeToy anyone?), despite what they may admit as "just the beginning" - look at the history of peripherals success...never have done that well. I think the consoles still look fine, but no compared to my PC the PC does look a bit better than both my 360 and PS3 (Then again I'm running GTX 260's in SLI...plus my PC monitor is higher res than my TV 1920 x 1200 vs 720p)

PC FTMFW... Seriously though, I like how it's progressive. The 360 looks pretty good, then you look at the PS3 and nice - even better. Then PC - somehow even better. The second picture really makes the 360 look bad by the poor detail on the tiles but I think it's only a noticable detail in a comparison like this - in reality I doubt anyone would really notice and without this side by side they'd all look close to the same save for maybe the PC version. To me the PS3 looked like someone turned up the contrast and the 360 was turned down too low. If this was truly the way the game appears on console you could probably improve the 360 version by turning the contrast on your TV up a bit - it looks too grey when compared to the others.

Wow...god forbid just use it as a phone/MP3/internet browser. Lets put games on it too. I have not and will not ever purchase any games for my iPhone. What a glorious waste of money, get a GB Micro if you want to play games so bad...gaming on an iPhone is like masturbating in public - sure you can but...just don't do it. Society is really such a drab affair that no matter where we are we must have entertainment. Can't live for five seconds without SOMETHING to do. Gamespot, continue to not review games for this. It's not a game console, it's a phone. Phone games = no reviews because no one cares (or they shouldn't anyways).

Yeah, here's a schedule: 8 am-12 pm: Sleep 12:30 pm - 3:20 pm: Piddle around on the internet 3:20 pm - 8:00 pm: Have a life and be interesting by not watching one second of the Supersnore. Besides, soccer is the true football anyways. Play a variety of TF2, CSS, UT2k4, CoD 4, and note the large amount of lifeless drobs who are prattling on about the Supersnore in a game full of people who otherwise don't care. Don't forget to laugh at all the fools for intaking three times their daily calorie intake and becoming fatter losers their wives/girlfriends will not be attracted to. 8 pm - 2 am: Nonsensical dribble over (Praise be). Enjoy not having to listen to so many idiots talk about the worlds most boring sport - American Football - for another year. At least that's what I'll be doing...

Whoopty doo, who cares. All this BS about Vista being no good is a total crock. I love Vista and all this looks like is a repackaging of Vista with a few new features. Not worth purchasing, I'll buy it maybe after it's been out for a year or two but I'm not going to buy at launch. And can we get a better name than Windows 7? How boring...

PC ftw...I love my 360 and PS3 but the PC is king when it comes to grahpics, controls, and customization. Consoles are a very reasonable alternative but even then, I was playing a game yesterday on my 360 that was lagging. All consoles are the same so why isn't it running better? I can't adjust the settings nor upgrade the console to make it do better. Unlike a PC which has infinite upgrade options, consoles are limited. Don't get me wrong, I think they're all good. I can rent console games, but not PC games which is a huge plus for consoles. Computers cost much more to make this good so fair enough that they are the best. I don't think using a console makes you less tasteful, just someone on more of a budget. Not to mention my PS3 is on a 40" HDTV and my computer is using a 19" monitor - it is nice to have such a larger screen and I could never use that as my computer monitor!
