Why does crysis look worse than any 720p game on ps3 while its running 720p on pc?

Deus Ex... not trying to be attention seeking, but I honestly can't get into it. I re-instal it every three months or so, but it just doesn't do it for me (yes, I'm beyond the first 3 hours).

Commander Keen 1 and 4 (first game I played)

Medal of Honor: Allied Assault (played that game all summer in 6th grade at the computer site)

Unreal Tournament 99 (same as above)

Stronghold Crusader (first game I purchased with my own money)

Age of Empires (first RTS. spent days at school in 4th grade devising strategies)

SimCity 2000 (I didn't know how to play it when I was 3, but there's videos of me building cities, raising taxes as much as possible, and then demolishing them when I got bored)

Basically it means the server refreshes itself itself 100 times each tick(If you have a 100 tic rate server). So your shots get counted more, and way way less random headshots due to bad tick. Also they didn't get rid of 100tic to my knowledge, they just increased the default from 33 to 66.

I consider myself a pretty hard core CSS player, and when I play on 66tic servers, I noticed I get hs'd for no reason. Like someone with an ak sprays, and not one shot hits me until after like 3 seconds one randomly hits me in the head. On the CPL LA server(which my server has pretty much the same reg settings as, except a higher fps), most people die by body shots, and the motion feels extremely fluid.
