I had such a hard time finishing AC3. It was so boring to me, and I've played every Assassin Creed game up until AC3. The game fatigue is starting to set in, so I'm not even sure I even want to play AC: Black Flag at this point. And AC doesn't work in modern times. You can't walk around in those same Assassin clothes killing people in modern times. That's why Watch Dogs is the modern day Assassin Creed game.
I guess Windows 8 is not as hot as Microsoft claims it to be. Sure the boot time is crazy fast, but I hate everything else about it. And sure I could learn how to use the new UI (which I did) but just because its new doesn't make it intuitive, or better than the old UI. And business seem to just stick with Windows 7 on top of that. They're not gonna waste time to let their employees learn how to use Windows 8.
Sounds better to me than constantly reusing the same Disney words over and over again like they've been doing for the KH side games. Add Pixar worlds (who wouldn't want to visit The Incredibles world?) to the mix too and you got a deal!
Funny how they once said that offline would have been impossible to do with the new Sim City, and now they're considering an offline mode. I guess someone forgot the lies they told us before its release.
Knowing Microsoft, the adapter will cost just as much as the Xbox One headset. If they can't screw you over with buying a Xbox One headset, they pretty much will with the cost of the adapter.
They should stop comparing gaming consoles to smartphones. They both connect to the world, but have two completely different jobs. A phone is a communication device so we expect it to be always connect or else there's no point in having one. As a gaming console should be about videos games first and all that connected stuff second, because without the video games there's no point in buying a gaming console, and that's what Microsoft seem to have forgotten about, thinking that all that social media connected crap is far more important now than the games themselves. That and corporate greed, where you're buying a console where you're renting games and not actually owning them. Microsoft hasn't even mention what happens when all the servers eventually goes down after a decade or so. What happens to the games then? What happens to everything that was in the clouds? Xbox One is more like a rental service than buying games that you actually own. And regardless of what they say, they're no real advantage of having a console that's forced to always be online.
