Ok thanks everyone I understand now but if I compare those games (maybe a wrong comparison) to Steam's top seller chart I see no name from gamespot's list. If they are the most discussed games then theoritically they should appear somewhere in Steam's top seller chart. I can see The Witcher 2 EE on top, Skyrim, Kingdoms of Amalur and even MW3. Grimrock is there so I think it's fine.

But still this list doesn't justify the "Top 10 Games" title IMO. And where is ME3 ? it is still the most discussed game and also a recent release.

Anyway I am trolling seriously. I just don't find this list correct in many ways. They should name the list as "Most Discussed Games" or something like that to make some sense.

@ionusX

The Witcher 2 EE is released now, infact my game launcher started downloading it yestarday night.

EDIT:

@kaealy

I don't understand why are you calling me troll ? I just asked for opinions on the list that I (myself) don't find correct in the "Top 10 Games" section. Can't you see the last line of my first post I asked for opinions. I mentioned TW2EE and Skyrim along with those FPSs and talking about those FPSs I only mentioned the most discussed and popular FPSs (Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare 3) even if MW3 is not good enough it is still a popular title you can't deny that. And Blacklight Retribution is causing some stir because it is free to play Dx11 title similar to upcoming Crytek's Warface.

I don't see how it fits me in a troll category when I am listening to others and respecting they're posts.

Hey guys,

If you visit gamespot now (April 19th 2012) and click on PC section you will see these games in top 10 list

1. Shogun Total War 2

2. Tribes Ascend

3. Blacklight retribution

4. Legends of Grimrock

5. Gettysburg: Armoured Warfare

6. Naval War: Artic Circle

7. Ridge Racer Unbounded

8. Confrontation

9. Men of War: Condemned Heroes

10. Forge of Empires

Can somebody tell me how these games got finalized as top 10 games ? Apart from Shogun and Blacklight maybe ridge racer I don't see many good games here ? Can't they do their job without being biased ? or are they getting paid to show this junk.

Where are The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition, Skyrim, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3 ?

I don't think this list should be called TOP 10 Games considering the fact that some of these games got Abysmal 3.0 or 2.0 scores by gamespot itself and some of them are not even rated lol.

Can somebody shed light on this ?

Glad to hear that endings of ME3 are not dependant on previous games but the references you guys are talking about are also very important so I think I'll just start playing ME1 again so I can enjoy the final game.

Hello,

I have a question about Mass Effect 3, I haven't yet started my single player because I am confused really... I need to know the impact of importing your save games from ME1 to ME2 and then M3. We all know that like ME2 ME3 can have multiple endings. My only question is... are there some endings or consequences locked because I haven't imported my saved games ? Actually I lost my ME1 saves due to which I started ME2 with default start... now when I am trying to import my those ME2 saves in ME3 I can see that it is making some false assumptions about my decisions in first game so can I access all possible endings (if there are multiple) by starting ME3 with these options ? If I cannot access a particular ending just because of these default decisions then I will go back to ME1 and play it again...

But first I need a confirmation on this.

Thanks.

Hello guys,

I have been playing Runes of Magic for some time and I really like the concept of crafting (blacksmithing, armorcrafting etc)... I have never played any other MMO before so this question might seem odd. I have heard Guild Wars is really a famous MMO and the sequel Guild Wars 2 looks very promising. I am looking forward to it but I want to ask that is there any concept of crafting in Guild Wars ? I know the GW 2 is far from release but if this concept is present in first game then it will come in second as well so anyone who can tell me about crafting concept in GW ?

Thanks guys.

Hello all,

I have completed the game once and want to start over with a new char but before that I want to make backup of my old save games, please tell me where are they located. I know that screenshots, configuration... etc is located in Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age folder but no sign of saves, please help.

Ah yes I am using Windows 7 if that helps anyone to point out the location. Thanks.

Having bots is a good addition and adds up challenge to the game.

Sometimes you like to shoot anything else rather than your friends, and there's nothing better than having bots for this purpose :). So my question is that can we add bots to make it like BF2 or Enemy Territory Quake Wars 2. I know those two games cannot be compared with F.E.A.R 2 I am just referencing them for bots
