I wouldn't be at all surprised if they are waiting for an even later generation to remake FFVII...a generation that never played the original version and can't easily access it, like we still can on PSN. All-in-all, I think that is the best thing to do. I've played many remakes, and whether it was disappointing for me like MGS: Twin Snakes, or exceptionally satisfying for me like RE (gamecube), the remakes just didn't provide the same "feel" that the original did. Do any of you want the original Star Wars Trilogy to be remade? Sure, the "graphics" would be far superior, but it just wouldn't feel the same.

@awheaten I agree with you completely. I first realized this with the Rainbow Six Vegas games. I bought the first one for Xbox360 and second for PS3. After about 15 minutes of game-play through RSV2, even though I beat the first one on Xbox360, I said to myself, "Wow, the control is so much better on the PS3." I was taking down enemies quicker and more accurately with the PS3 controller. And I confirmed it again later with ME2, GTA4, RF:G, GRAW2, Endwar, SC: DA, SR2, AC, Fallout 3, Kane & Lynch, Battlefield: BC, CoD: WaW, Army of Two, Dead Space, RE5, etc.

I'm assuming that these are only American statistics. Why do we think that we're the only country in the world?

@001011000101101 And in what part of this article did he specify that he was only referring to "new" art games?

@Legend002 The subject isn't "better". It's "artistic". FPS are rarely artistic, and those are Xbox 360's primary style.

Really? It took you this long to realize that? After MGS4 became the greatest selling exclusive title for the PS3, yet Lost Odyssey hasn't hit a million to this day, people are just now realizing that PS3 gamers are by far the greatest fans of art?

@Neo_Sarevok I always got a kick out of those type of comments. They would have something like -13 and +1. Like we couldn't tell who gave them the 1 thumb-up.

lol. Click on the "Like" button on your own comment. It responds, "You can't like your own comment." I guess we can't like our own comments, only other peoples' (lol).
