Why does Gamespot ( or Bethesda, I guess...) specify that it's 1,000 years before the events in Skyrim? this would also before the events in Oblivion, and I'm pretty sure Morrowind as well. Why couldn't they just say it predates all events in previous Elderscrolls games?

@zintarr you are 100% right, the "peeps" are wrong for wanting the ending of ME changed and this article is also wrong for the exact reasoning you are exemplifying. "It's like attending a Shakespeare class and being told your take is wrong because the professor is Shakespeare"...This does make you wrong, it's like coming up with some perspective on a song you love and then the singer giving you an exact meaning behind the song and it's origins...You are EXACTLY wrong.

Let's hope the ending for Infinite isn't too controversial, because if so, someone's going to try and have it changed.

I don't understand how any of these are bad endings. I personally found all of the endings great. If Bioware has any integrity at all, they won't change a thing. Listening to their fans is one thing(ie taking their input into consideration during the creation process), but literally changing the universe simply because people whined about an ending they didn't like? This shows no respect for the original creators vision and regardless of what anyone believes and no matter how they want to rationalize it, this IS entitlement. People don't deserve a new ending. If Bioware does make anything even remotely resembling a new ending, I sincerely hope they charge for it. If you all really care so much, let's see how much you care when you have to pay for it. Money talks and bs walks. Please Bioware, don't do it. PS: I've been reading all these posts, do people not realize this was supposed to be the end of the series all along? ME was intending to be a trilogy, if there is a sequel/prequel, it will take place in a different time, I'm guessing probably a prequel unless they can find some way to repair the relays.

@hastati4; There is already a Mass Effect MMO, it's called Star Wars: The Old Republic. I don't think an MMO for Fallout or Elderscrolls would be very well recieved personally, but it would be freaking awesome if they added some type of Co-op play. having me and 1-3 other friends playing Co-op in Skyrim would have been WIZARD!, yes wizard...I'm taking it back.
