Do I need to download a game to my HDD once I purchase it just to insure that it stays in my download list, or can I just purchase a game off the store and still have it in my download list permanently without having to download it directly to my hardrive.
Sony has been criticized for it's lack of marketing in the past. You would think they would get serious about doing something about it, Yeah the Kevin Butler ads were a good start but in a silly move by Sony that ad campaign did not last very long. You know Microsoft is going to blitz our television screens with ads for Halo 4 and Black Ops 2. If I was Sony I would be pretty embarrassed knowing that just 2 games from my competitor, one of which isn't even an exclusive. Is going to get more air time on television than most of my games for the PS3 ever have. That's pretty damn bad, and quite frankly sad.
Is Sony's financial woes hurting them so much that they can't afford to spend money on tv ads, or is it something else. If anyone has any hard facts as to what the real reason is, please by all means feel free to let me know, because as someone who wants to see the Playstation Brand succeed it's really frustrating not seeing them do anything to help there own brand succeed.
I'm really interested in picking up a Vita sometime in the near future, but all this negativity surrounding it is really making me hesitate. Has Sony said at all that there going to support the Vita like they have the PS3, and PS2. If they said they will then I'd atleast feel slightly better.
Oh ok, I actually like it that it does it that way. That way if for what ever reason I can't pull the saves from the cloud. I still have the save data on my HDD to rely on or vice versa. Also would you recommend that I save all my games save data to the cloud just to be safe.
When you send save data to the cloud, does that same date also get saved the HDD at the same time. I'm pretty new to the whole cloud save thing and have barely used in on my PS3.
My router isn't even 6 months old this is the model I have http://www.walmart.com/ip/Netgear-N600-Wireless-Dual-Band-Router/15539745. I've had it for maybe 4 or 5 months and haven't had any issues up until a few weeks ago. I'm starting to wonder if maybe it's my modem, I've had problems with modems in the past. The last modem I had wasn't even a year old and started failing on me, causing it to be replaced with the one I currently have. It's a cable modem provided by my cable provider Time Warner.
