If it doesn't have a third of it's cost to develop put solely in marketing it to a wider audience, it's not a triple-A game.

You might want to learn the meaning of the words you're using.

Triple-A would imply that it cost a lot of money to make the game and a third of the budget was in Marketing. That's simply not the case with PoE. It's a mediocre top-down dungeon crawler straight out of the 90's. If anyone is still playing hack-n-slash games I'm pretty sure they would rather play Diablo 3, regardless of how bad it is at least it's a true AAA game.
