Wii actually has plenty of good games, you just have to wade through a lot of kiddie crap to get to them. I know I', probably just repeating what everyone else says, but Brawl was freaking awesome. I still play that game once of twice a week more than a year after I got it, and have logged on over 700 hours total. Galaxy and Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World are really good too.
I'm 14, and everyone at my school tries tomake sure they've left all of their childhood behind. I'm not ashamed to admit that I play Pokemom (over 300 hours on Pearl, over 500 on EMerald, over 400 on Ruby and getting Platinum soon!) or that I only have a Wii and ds. Hell, I sometimes watch spongebob. Everyone laughs at me, and I really don't give a crap. Do what you think is fun, don't let others push you around.
TWEWY was not overhyped, hope it wins best DS game. Nintendogs was overhyped, my friend got it and spend 2 hours trying to get the dog to recognize its name and gave up.
I don't know if I can really comment on this as I've played through SPM and only seen footage (abeit a lot of footage) of the first two, and I tent to think that remaking SPM with less dimension changing and more RPG stuff should just about make me buy the game. Just keep Count BLeck in the game, he was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
B for 360, B for Ps3 as they're basically the same thing give or take, B- for Wii as to get to the good games you have to wade through A LOT of crap, C- for the PSP as exactly 4 actualy games came out for it this year (but next year it's going to get a lot better), and A- for the DS as there actually were a lot of good quality games for it this year, hope that continues next year.
Nintendo took the year off but next year there's punch-out, sin and punishment 2, fire emblem:shadow dragon, mario and luigi 3, and a new pikmin, new zelda, and new star fox are in the works for either holiday 2009 or 2010
