I bet this game turns out to be pretty good. I especially like the destructable environments. Last time I saw those utilized to directly impact gameplay was way back on Red Faction on PS2. Game looks to be shaping up very nicely. I was a huge addict and fan of Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2, so hopefully this game delivers.
Retailers say that the 360 has a 33% defective rate. They all formulated the stats together, as Microsoft obviously lies about their defective stats. I worked at Gamestop for the first year that the 360 was released, and at that time it was more like a 60% defective rate. I had to deal with customers upset with their broken system all day every day.
I've had mine (80 gig purchased with the Motorstorm bundle) since that bundle was first released. It's been perfect, never had any problems with it. Not even a game freeze, crash, nothing. PS3 is the God of systems.
Good Lord. I love this web site. It has such mature and helpful users. IGN is the complete opposite. Everyone just hates each other if they don't play the same system as them. I'm going to avoid IGN like the plague.
When I bought the game, it came with a 40 dollar bluetooth headset which I still use today. I think the game is great, although I don't own any of the expansions. You need to buy some of the expansions to consistently find a game to get in to. I'd give the game an 8.5.
