Warhawk- What would YOU give it out of 10?

I'm considering buying the MGS4 bundle and Warhawk. however, I would like to hear some opinions on the game. What would you give it out of 10?

If you like team-based shooters, you will love Warhawk. Easy to get into, but very difficult to master. This is probably the one game on my Playstation 3 that I have played for hours on end without taking a break

Absolutely. In fact, it sometimes hard to get into a game because so many of the servers are full!

I'd give it a solid 8.5... You really have to dig the 3rd person playstyle or the intense dogfights, though. If you prefer first person shooters, or if you have no taste for awesome acrobatics and dogfighting, then it might not be the game for you.sportwarrior

Excellent choice with the MGS4 Bundle.

Warhawk, although Ive heard some people found it boring after a while, I love it. You'll only get your moneys worth if you play online alot though, since its MP only. But still $30 isnt a bad price. Solid 9/10.

I own it , I love it. It is in my top three favorite ps3 games. MGS4 is #1 and Uncharted and Warhawk come next.

There are still a great deal of people who play it online, I still do. I have yet to find a game to replace it.

That's cuz the only game that can ever replace it is Warhawk 2, and that isn't out yet ;)

It needed more maps from the start. But with all the free patches and payed ones...9.5. With the upcoming new patch with a new game mode... 9.8 :P

IF you get into Warhawk, it can be the biggest bang for your dollar this entire gen, thus far. It's endless hours of entertainment. And it is one of the smoothest running online MP's ever to hit a console. Thee aren't opinions, these are facts.

If you alreayd have a blue-tooth headset, get the DL version off of PSN. Awesome to load right off of the HDD.

I think that the only thing that bugs me about this game is people who are always flying around and using tow missiles...

IMO there should be a patch that makes it impossible to fire a TOW unless your like far up in the sky. Sometimes I get so PO'd that I go and throw mines on all the planes I can find.. haha

Ah yes, you're right. It's selling for £33 in UK with headset, which is far off the £40-50 of a full priced game. Thank you for the answer about the splitscreen, I'll certainly look into buying it now.

8.5. The multiplayer experience is just awesome. The only thing keeping it from peaking above a 9 is the lack of a story mode. Great game though.

The review on ign was spot on. 8.5 for a multiplayer game. pretty good, and warhawk IS a lot of fun. My main trouble with it is that I allways seem to be stuck with the loosing team.Tlahui

yeah that is annoying.

I hate it when your team sucks as no matter how hard you try, one person can win a match. Usually if that happens I find a secluded spot, with a jeep incase I need to escape, and have some sniping fun. You dont get many kills, but its fun to watch your team get slaughtered whilst your up high and safe. :P
