@dmdavenport After Columbine, they took light gun games off the shelf. Yep, that worked... Oh wait... No, it DIDN'T.

Does this even merit a joke, let alone a true response? Wow, are these idiots EVER finished prattling on about things they know NOTHING about? With logic and research like this, our elected officials would actually fit right in on a GS forum...

... The unrestrained amounts of dumb-ass coming out of the collective Washington DC crowd is patently amazing.

Cuz I use 'em BOTH (weapons & CoD) responsibly, I have my guns locked up in a GUN SAFE, and would NEVER put EITHER in the hands of someone under 18, nor anyone I thought might be REMOTELY negatively effected by either experience.

Sandy Hook happened because of irresponsible behavior on the part of the MOTHER. She didn't get the kid any help, she HOME-SCHOOLED him and FURTHER-ISOLATED him... Then the ignorant bint failed to LOCK UP THE WEAPONS PROPERLY.

The ignorance is ASTOUNDING. Right up there with "Just Say No".

PS - The kid played "StarCraft" and WoW... Not CoD. So I think this is all rather amusing. But the fact of the matter is, that kids shouldn't be playing "M" rated games, but PARENTS often allow it. It's a parenting problem, a mental health problem, and this guy recognizes those facts pretty clearly.

Hey, you chimps who are going off on the guy, he didn't say the games need to be banned, he said PARENTS NEED TO BE PARENTS, and not allow children (in the US, that's "under 18"), to play violent-content games... Read, you morons.

I've had this game's poster on my wall since before "Lego Batman 2" came out (scored it at my local GameStop), so it's hardly a surprise... But Nice to know it's on the way, and when!

Crytech can lick the back of my scrotum. After running off at the mouth about used games market "woes" earlier this year, they could make a game that sends Eva Longoria to wake me up with a hum-job every morning followed by making me breakfast, and I wouldn't give it a cent.

Punks.

LSL is right up their with your dad's pen that, when turned upside-down, made the woman's clothing disappear... *eye-roll*
