Back in Overwatch Beta, he had made promises about something, and after the beta ended, and the beta forums were wiped, he did a 180 and said the exact opposite. I called him out on it and he publicly tried to make me into a liar and unreasonable customer. Luckily, some people had made snapshots of beta forums online and I was able to find the archived message and show it to him.
