The best time of the year is when a new 2k title is released and despite being review bombed every year, people still buy it and review bomb it.

I say this as a guy who doesnt play these games but get a kick out of it each year. Its insane to me how little self control people have that they must continue to support a product they hate each year.
Its fantastic how they are solving problems that with any common sense and based on any playtime in any ARPG ever released should have been default from the start.

There is plenty of content for the average person, id say they are talking about peoepl who end game a game like diablo asap, like they dont eat or drink and must shit their pants where they sit.
if you have any clue how to play, reaching 100 is a joke.
There is no end game, even for those of us with full time jobs, family, cottage life, etc.
Path of Exile is miles ahead of this game...and its made by an indie and they didnt have the luxury of being able to copy a successful indie for 10 years of development to come up with what they did because they have innovated the genre.
Meanwhile you get D4, 10 years of development, and being able to take the things that work from other games such as Path of Exile and even have a end game beta....what the actual f was there to test in that beta ??? There is literally 0 end game.
Your end game is basically reaching level 60 and grinding to 100 with barely any upgrades or loot to look forward to.
In PoE, you had a solid economy and countless rare items to chase and which could allow you to make a new character with a crazy build and the end game bosses were actually rewarding you with again very good items and challenges. This game gives you nothing to chase. I didnt even get an achievement for reaching 100 lol.
They really S the bed and they then tell people to take a break? lol. 0 accountability. Oh how the mighty has fallen.
@hardwenzen: I didnt think it would be fun in Path of Exile but did it several times because they made the seasons super interesting with lots of different contents, uniques and so on so forth. Each season was also a content update and it was actually fun.
This game though? Nah...looks dull as f to do new characters each season for a few pieces of cosmetics you barely see in game. nah im good.
