I'm sure I've overlooked many titles, but these are more or less the games I played the most. Hotel Dusk The World Ends With You Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2 Final Fantasy IV Mario Kart DS Professor Layton series The Legend Of Zelda series New Super Mario Bros. Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story Advance Wars series
My friend got me addicted back when she wanted me to try it on PS2. I agree on the fact the story is kind of all over the place and across multiple platforms, but I'll most likely pick this up within the first week of release.
That all sounds good in every way explained. I've watched some videos of people playing tournament games and the common pokemon used/move sets. The one thing I'm just curious about is there specific pokemon that are always better then others in terms of certain stats or is it really only based on IVs/EVs/Nature? For example lets say you were trying to pick between a few pokemon to train in SP.ATK and SPEED would it come down to some are genetically better at that role or is it a popularity contest?
This might finally encourage me to play Pokemon online for once :). Can anybody point me in the direction of a good starters guide in terms of what I need to know for competitive/casual online play. I suppose my Eeveelutions team wouldn't exactly hold up outside of single player :p. And in terms of setting my router up for my 3DS to go online is it safe? The articles I've read about changing a router to work online with a DS/3DS is a security risk?
I add to the list of "please localize". I remember seeing this game in Nintendo Power some time back when it was first announced I believe and is nice to see new stuff about it :).
A new generation would be nice and with what I've seen from the 3DS in my short ownership I can say Nintendo doesn't have an excuse to not upgrade anymore. I know there is only so much you can do with the story, but why not try to change it from being a child on the same quest every time. Character customization finally? I wouldn't mind the ability to create a trainer from scratch and be able to change their outfit as time passes (or as you catch more pokemon, do things in-game, etc). How about making the battles more epic and giving more distinct battle animations. Those are the main concerns I've had and why I've lost a lot of interest in the series over the past few generations... sometimes changing parts of your formula can be good.
