There's a chance that they could sell a few copies during the holiday rush since Angry Birds seems to be fairly popular right nowJollyGreenOne

I suppose I forgot about the target demographic of the non-gamer: Parents and family who know nothing of games and buy judging solely on what they're told/hear is popular.

What's that boys and girls!? Can't beat each level with the one bird we supply? No problem! For only $100 you can buy The Super Duper Angry Bird enhancement package to allow 2 birds per level!

It has a weak story, but Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2 is a pretty solid strategy rpg that you can easily sink 100's of hours into before getting bored (especially if a perfectionist).

The only way I could see this collection as appealing is if you happen to own a 3DS, but not a smartphone.1PMrFister
Even then... Can't people play Angry Birds for free in Chrome?

I finally caved in and bought a 3DS :). It seemed like a reasonable asking price now and I never really liked the DSi XL vs my DSi so I figure I won't be missing out on much in that aspect.

I'm sure devs aren't happy about those Steam sales thoughSepewrath
The only prices Valve sets is for their own games; anything else is approved and dictated by the developer of said game. Steam is simply used as a distribution method. It's all perspective in this case as would you rather sell 1000 copies at $20 ($20000) or 5000-10000 copies at $5 ($25000-$50000). Regardless of how people view Steam sales it generally means more products moved, higher chance people will buy more games from that company if they enjoyed it, and consumers are happy they can afford a larger range of games vs few. I wish handheld and console gaming would understand this instead of generally milking everything brand new for years at a time - full price -$40-$60. I know the PC as a platform allows for this vs. consoles/handhelds, but one can dream. ~~~~~ ~~~~~ On topic: I don't have a 3DS yet, but this game looks interesting. Can anyone give me a rough idea of approximate play value before you got bored of it? Or is it more a time waster here and there between games.

I have never tried a Monster Hunter game before, but I have heard good things about the series. Add another game to my list that is slowly making me want to buy a 3DS now instead of wait for the upgrade version :P.

Certainly was hoping some of those games would be in the Summer Sale. A few of those days are guaranteed buys even if I own a few already.

One can dream, but it would be nice if Nintendo released English versions of DS RPG's that were Japan only for the 3DS. Some of them are easy to figure out what to do, but would be more enjoyable if I could understand them 100%.

Did you mean DS games? The 3DS library is tiny to date and probably won't reach a wide variety and quality for at least a few years.

Not super rare, but I remember for the longest time it was impossible to find a copy of TWEWY in-store anywhere. I was living in Mississauga at the time which is part of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA - 5 to 6 million people). So you can imagine how happy I was when I found my copy :).
