Angry Birds Coming to the 3DS!

Thats right, Angry Birds is being brought to the 3DS and HD twins thanks to Activision!

To summarize (for the 3DS verson only);

• The game will come with a 3D visuals and street pass functionality.
• It will be a 3 game trilogy including the original Angry Birds, Angry Birds Rio, and Angry Birds Seasons (Does not include Angry Birds Space). This is true for the HD twins too
• The 3DS verson will be avialable at retail for $30.

Personally, I dont really care about this, but I figured I'd let you all know. The price by the way is obviously a rip-off, unless Im missing something.

Yep:lol: though i fail to see why this cant be on the eshop:? afterall the eshop doesnt have any of those restrictions of that DSiware shop or the Wiishop, such as very small game size limits. Besides, having it as a download would allow them to avoid all the cost and fees that physical retail games have to deal with.

But like you said, it is Activision, so i guess they figured they could blatantly rise the price of the game simply because its a physical retail game and hope that masses of angy people dont call them out for it.

I wouldnt buy it, but thats just me, personally if I was into Angry Birds or even the pick stuff up and throw it at structures type of flash-games, I would only buy it if it were free-$4, any higher and I'd say its over price.

Nintendo isnt pulling anything, Angry Birds Trilogy is also coming to PS3 and 360. Its all Activisions doing, unless what you mean by a little too late is that its too late for Nintendo to make it available for download a way cheaper price :P
