Nope, theres no release date for Mass Effect and I'm pretty sure if you wan't Blue Dragon you'll have to wait till August.

Splinter Cell easily. Vegas' campaign offered cool gameplay and pretty good graphics but the story was boring and left you with an unsatisfying ending.
