Its sad that this DLC scam has been happening for a while, just these guys were stupid enough to put it on the disc so they wouldnt have to pay the hosting costs on PSN/XBL.

IIRC, people saw it way back on Beautiful Katamari where you had to pay for the final levels of the game.
