Makes the most sense, otherwise it would have actually been stated in the books considering the history of Dumbledore and his supposed love. Would have been more intriguing storytelling overall.
We already know that Link, Zelda, and a stage based on the Eldin Bridge from Twilight Princess will be included in the incoming new Smash Bros. game, yet it is fair to estimate that there will be more Zelda components on a variety of different levels.
What are some of the aspects from the Zelda universe that may be included in brawl and what are some of the aspects that you would like to see, but may not necessarily be in brawl?
(And for the record, it seems incredibly likely that Ganon will make it in and Sheik for that matter if that statement by Nintendo awhile back is actually correct.)
Surely I can't be the only one that doesn't like the video?
I'm glad that they went with the Wind Waker over that.

Second. I've always prefered the Wind Waker's art style to that of the more realistic titles in the series(Twilight Princess, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask).
To be honest, I didn't mean it like that. I meant that the footage is a bit crap and I'm glad that they didn't release a game that looked anything like that.
For the time though, the footage looked amazing. It wouldn't have been too bad to have had a Zelda game looking like that early on for the GameCube.
[QUOTE="glennwinton"]does it really matter? most people that would need B.C. should already have a ps2....metroid_dragon
Yes, but I would rather have 1 system than all 3 Playstations set up, and would rather have the wireless controllers. Plus I'm skepticle my PS2 will last more than a few more hours before going DRE.
I just bought a PS3 as well, Yay for Futureshop dropping prices to match American prices.
What, retailers are actually showing some degree of fairness?
You know what, I'm not sure ether.:P The same date seems to appear everywhere I look, so it does seem to be a worldwide launch, although it is often best to prepare for the worst case scenario.
I wonder if Nintendo had gone further into detail about the issue and that piece of knowledge is escaping me at the moment?
Such errr... "battles" are always intriguing to read.:P There is always some new perspective that may be brought up and provide greater understanding of a particular issue.
Technically, Navi wasn't even Link's fairy, he simply "borrowed" her for his adventure in Ocarina of Time, which may be supplemented by her departure at the very end of the game.
That is not to say that Link never developed with the fairy, just that as a Hylian, he was never really entitled to one in the first place.
What is the whole deal with those types of fairies in Ocarina of Time anyways? What happened to them in the Wind Waker? Some rather intriguing questions...

Well, we got to see fairies in Phantom hourglass, which is a sequel to WW.
But the faries are not made exclusive partners with a particular race. In regards to WW, what happened to the fairy guardians of the Kokiri? They don't seem to be present...
