@mattock1987: Don't be silly, Bejeweled follows a completely different concept regarding its match 3 puzzle design. You're gonna tell me Puyo Puyo and Puzzle Bobble are derivatives of Columns too? And besides, they are technically variants of the board game Connect Four anyway... I may be skeptical of Bejeweled inclusion at this point already, but it's definitely more deserving of the honor more than a game which greatest claim to fame is making FPS game popular on consoles... If Bejeweled is a ripoff, Goldeneye is a carbon copy... And even like Goldeneye way more than Bejeweled.

This is a bad list. King's Quest and Minecraft are fine but I don't think either Bejeweled or Centipede has a place here. Bejeweled not yet atleast, but Centipede maybe never. It's not that important on the grand scheme of things.... And the list of nominees is also puzzling, especially when a game like Dragon Quest neither is in the Hall of Fame, nor has it even been a nominee...

@ser_elryk: Parasite, a South Korean movie that got a very late rally and therefore wasn't able get too many nominations but ended up with 6 and then proceeded to take home Best Picture, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay and Best International Feature Film. So all the most prestigious that they could have received...

The Oscars continues it's tumble towards irrelevancy.

And this "racial diversity" push will of course, as per usual, only apply to black people, even though their number of acting nominations in the past 10 years only slightly lag behind the American demography ratio. There are 20 black nominations compared to a statistically predicted 25.
At the same time, number of asian nominations is 0. Statistically they should have atleast 10 nominations but they have 0. This year an asian movie almost swept the whole Oscars and somehow they couldn't even score a single acting nomination, even though the acting was universally praised.
But yet you don't see asians all mass come out and complain about racial diversity. Only black people. Always black people.

How is this game not finished yet?!
