Never quite understood the comic book world's obsession with having "character title" being inherited by other characters, how about just making a new character? Or heck, he literally already is Falcon! Could have just expanded Falcon's role, could have just let Captain America be gone you know...

But with that being said, if you desperately need to necromance Cap then... He's a decent actor and I'm sure he'll do a fine job... I'd rather the Falcon persona stick around though...
