My favorite of them all. Played the previous ones, and this one is definitely my favorite. The story is just as cheesy, but I love the bigger emphasis on actual strategy rather than the CO powers, or God Powers for some of them, to allude to another great strategy game ;)

I got it Tuesday and absolutely love it, probably my favorite DS game now. Love it much more than Dual Strike. Think I'm on mission 25. So really unique stuff in it and a lot of stuff you wouldn't expect from an Advance Wars game

Now that it is actually a few days into the week and people have it, I'll go ahead and say that Days of Ruin is by far the best in the series. I've played em all, and Dual Strike was my favorite until now. I'm loving some of the adjusted prices, the new units that are actually useful *cough*piperunners*cough*, new art styler, and I've found no problem with the online play at all. And now, you can't be completely screwed over by CO powers :) EDIT: Thought I'd say something about a previous post too...

[QUOTE="twisted_Sisti"]can you play that game single card or no, and can you already get it?Snakdatsmlzbak

No. Multiplayer is Multi Card Only *goes to check* Yep. It's multicard only.

Main Menu says:

Single DS Play

Multi-Card PLay

Nintendo WFC

Design Room

Records

Options

I'm going to try Nintendo WFC later.

The only thing you could do on Single Card was the real time game, which wasn't very exciting at all and I would hope people didn't waste too much of their time playing that over the turn-based game. And if the person's referring to the fact that you can't play the full game on wireless single card, that doesn't make much sense at all.

Just played Advance Wars DoR online with a friend, and it works perfectly. Best game in the series if you're a fan, definitely would recommend it.

Super Mario Galaxy is proof positive that Nintendo still has some of the best videogame development talent in the industry, but they no longer have the best platform on which to work. The latest platforming adventure starring the portly plumber features the most astoundingly original levels of the year, enhanced by gravity tricks never before seen in videogames. But "Galaxy" makes poor use of the Wii's motion-sensing controls and the graphics simply aren't up to par with what players can now find on the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360. While brisk sales are certain given the Wii's popularity, the "Mario" franchise may now be vulnerable to a challenger on another console better suited to 3-D running and jumping."Ben Fritz
I don't think you have to look any farther than the opening paragraph to tell the review is biased. I mean, "no longer have the best platform on which to work." Instant classic.

I was under the impression that it was, and then I read something that made me a little iffy about it. I think they said that they are working hard to get the online ready as soon as possible, but it may not be there at launch. But it appears that that was only about the downloadable contact. Here's a link to something that looks about like what I read link
