school gon be over soon, bookmarking this to look at over the next few weeks. Just found Big KRIT 4eva N a Day that I dl'd last year and never listened to gonna see how it is. Just got one of those ipod radio things so I have a new excuse to listen to new music. Haven't really heard much in a year or two for whatever reason.

That we are all completely comfortable listening to violent raps or explicitly sexual hetero raps, or lyrics that generally point the opposite direction of our own moral compasses, but it's strangely unnerving to hear a guy sing about another dude in that way even if we completely support the premise.
Not accusing you of homophobia, just sayin that it shouldn't be surprising that there are gay rappers, only that these new rappers are out. I think most of us wouldn't rethink his whole catalog if, say, grand puba came out, some of us would just be uncomfortable if he opened his mouth about it.
