In my opinion (sorry if someone else already wrote this) the Wii originally tried to appeal to a younger age group, but not many little kids even have a wii, so Nintendo left the hardcore gamers with the kiddie games. I'm glad that Nintendo is finally getting on the ball and releasing their games from big series (like Super Mario Galaxy and the upcoming Mario Kart Wii)
I'd say that you should buy a 360 alyhough if you don't like shooters on the 360 anymore then you might have a hard time finding games besides Rock Band and Brutal Legend
I told my grandma that I wanted to buy it and she took me to Gamestop. Thing is that they didn't have any so we looked for about an hour and we finally found a Meijer that had one. I ran to the game department and made sure that no one else saw it. And I've had ever since then (that was about last June.)
