You know the site is bad when shit just slides... Obviously the notification BS, but the "Popular" section on the main page has just been constant 8-year old articles. Place went to shit after all the "modernization."

I wonder what happens first, AI taking over, or this forum being shut. If SW closes down, it'll give me a reason to create an account on the Elon Musk site, and finally be able to argue against enraged sheep that are on twatter.

But yeah, barely maintained no doubt. Still, mods do great keeping the peace in the forums. Seems to me a big mistake to overlook forums, the traffic from them I imagine is a huge generator of ad revenues and without those I've no reason to be on GameSpot.

I juggle browsers between mobile Edge and mobile Chrome, I stopped using Chrome, not sure how to enable ad blocking but do on Edge, I didn't mind except on occasion GS ads had security vulnerabilities depending on the scripts they run, plus lately I just stopped using Chrome because ads would go full screen all the time on this site.

I say an exodus needs to be planned, maybe create a ex-GS System Wars migration Reddit group or something.

I've been playing all day long on this rainy day, I didn't even check on GS and so here I am, locking the previous lounge and pinned this one.

From what I can tell PG was nuked because rando person upset progressive recently registered user with tran debate got upset. So instead of like, moderating the person, they done the logical sane thing and just nuked the entire fucking section.

Game nailed old robocop theme very well. same kind of music and atmosphere.
