With all the talk of how bad Xbox Live is and how it is not worth it. But then you say wait:roll: I'm a gamer and I want the best should I even be in gaming if I can not pay $1.00 a week:?

If you want the best, get a PC.

it's not the money per se that bothers me, but rather the fact that I have to pay to play online.

yeah but if you like add up your subscription over like 10 years its like near $500 or something. that $500 could of been spent on something else

A dollar a week is 52.00 thats almost a game. Which then you would have to pay to play online. makes sice to keep paying for it because you get the best experience

You could have gotten The Witcher Enhanced Edition (Director's Cut) for that one ''measly'' dollar during Steam Holiday sales.
Guess that dollar isn't so measly after all huh?

PC does get a lot of complaints thoguh with some gamers always saying they hate having to mod or DL mods just to play in the server for that game. PC has a lot of downsights also.

Yeah I have seen many complaints about hating to have to always patch and mod to play some games in servers running mods all the time.

PS3 users have no party system or in game friend chat request. Even games like GT5 you have to type codes to send race invites:cry:

It's not worth it because steam is better and free.

exactly, this is what I don't get, it's not like he doesn't have any alternatives

1. There are better services like Steam for free.

2. You pay twice for online which by definition a rip off.

3. Imagine that you had to pay $1 a week to every manufacturer of any device you have for online connection and then you'll see the dangers of allowing such a rip off to become popular (which already did).

It's not a dollar a week, it's 8 dollars a month, or 50 a year and why would I pay for that when. A. there aren't any exclusives on the 360 with an online component I'm interested in playing (Reach already got old.) B. All the multiplats I can just play online on PSN with the same quality, not to forget most of my friends on PSN.FIipMode
