Anybody likes Unblack Metal? The Christian spin-off of Black Metal... When I first heard about this, I laughed really hard. Not that I'm a fan of black metal, it's just that I find this to be an ironic genre.
I like a little bit of both but I tend to lean towards metal more, punk is an acceptable music style for me but not a big fan of it. My friend is what got me into punk rock and told me things about the culture since he is more of a punk rocker and I usually lend him my metal cds and get know each others music taste.

I had my hands sullied in both metal and punk. First I was into punk and then I was into metal. And now, still young at 17 years old, I mellowed out and I know listen to classic.

Never heard of that, it's quite ironic.. yes.
 As for the option, metal. Now, any metal but nu metal. And power metal just doesn't do it for me.

i like hardcore, metalcore, metal, heavy metal, classic rock, hair metal, thats about it. in those genres atleast. so i didnt vote. cuz i love hardcore

well punk is what emos listen. It is repetative, dumb, lame, very untechnical and yeah add stupid lyrics and some emo boyz. Ull get a punk band with there songs.
