Jesus, how stupid are you guys? The new consoles are NOT that powerful. You bitch and complain about better graphics, better AI and larger worlds - we'll you're getting those. But there's a balance to everything and you have to sacrifice something.
@SkamArtist @vassago_ While neat, it also gives the plugin author access to ALL data on ALL your websites, including pw/login information and history. So, thinking about logging in to your financial institution? Probably not a good idea.
@victorcom All of the new console games were being shown on PC's. Get your head out of the sand. This is been common practice at new console launches since the PS1 debuted. New hardware means buggy drivers and for launch titles, the drivers aren't good enough by E3 to show the games running on actual hardware. PC's are devkits and that's what the games are shown running on at E3, PS4 and XBO alike.
@BamaGoatt All big games at E3 (especially for new consoles) run on PC's at E3. They're devkits. Duh. With new consoles, the software and drivers aren't finalized until late in the game, so performance would be crap. Everything shown for the PS4/XBO at E3 was running on PC's, regardless of what they said.
@torrne667 @TirOrah Giving the choice to the consumer instantly makes the peripheral worthless. If that camera is not guaranteed to be there for every person, developers will likely opt out of developing for it. It restricts their creativity in the end, we are the ones who suffer, whether you can look past the cost difference or not.
@Mendax2013 @masterofdeath04 I own both a 360 and PS3. PS Plus gives away a lot of free games (which often suck anyways) and people love free stuff. That's the main reason why people praise it. Fact is, the PS network is just flat out slow. A 200MB download is done on XBLive in about 10-15 seconds but can take up to a minute on PSNetwork. They just don't have the infrastructure that MS does. That's exactly WHY they are requiring users to pay a subscription. In the end, it will be a good thing.
