Well, that clinches it. I'm not buying it. I can't, in good conscience, support this form of game-gutting to give them more of my money even though 60$ is already given to just play the game. Supporting these actions furthers the game industry's standards that this is a good idea. Which it is not.
We'll see in the future months if this turns out to bear any weight. But it sounds pretty exciting for the console owner, who isn't interested in computer gaming, though I may ride out the current consoles till they work out the bugs in the 1st round of next-gen consoles.
Wait till they get rid of all the games, then they'll see just how ornery and disobedient kids who have no form of leisure activity can get. I predict an increase in minor crimes like graffiti and destruction of property.
@spammehardo @Navydad101 From a purely technical standpoint, the right to bear arms does not mean you need FIREarms to be armed. For a law that was made to defend against the British Imperialists, I think it's job was done a long time ago. Bearing arms could mean a baseball bat or a knife. But neither of those can dish out as much chaos in such a short timespan as a gun can. Guns make it very easy to kill alot of people, quickly. Doesn't mean you have to give up the right to buy weapons, just don't make guns and bullets so darn easy to get. Or just charge alot of money for bullets. Like $100/round. People would definitely have more trouble then.
I think Demon's Crest would make a fantastic open-world transition to 3D. Especially with things like Dark Souls being so popular. If they made it similar to that, with a massive world and demon absorbing abilities, as well as able to visit towns and discover caves and the like, it would make a stellar return. Another game that absolutely requires a reboot/remake/sequel is ActRaiser. That game had awesome ideas and was a treat to play, especially when you could fly and the difficulty of the 2nd one.
@Nassarco Different strokes I guess. If you have ANY handhelds made after 2001 you could play these though. But if you never played them, I'm happy you'll get to try em on any format.
