not that this news will effect me seeing how i own a mac book pro and a ps3. But it all comes down to a simple factor, if your making money off of someone else's work and not paying them for the rights to use it, then you would not only be p****d, you would want whatever they made off of it. Just a thought though, will they have the same patent inside the next xbox?

For people who don't have a fast broadband connection, downloading games can take up to a day. It would be faster and cheaper to go out to the store and buy a hard copy. Cant understand how digital games are more expensive, surely it should be the other way round?

@kargion I'm not sure what you mean. I only mentioned that people who look at a game and say "oh, it didnt get a 9, i wont bother with it" cant make an opinion for themselves. If YOU like the game, and have tried it for yourself then go buy it, and dont base it on an opinion from one guy. Sure, he is entitled to his verdict, but he can't speak for everyone and expect them to think they way he does about the game
