this is fake. it was a rumour started for fun on the internet starting with a mocked up email from sony. i can't find a link but i'm sure you can find it with google. its all in a forum.
just got myslef a 46" 1080p tv and ps3 looks great. blu ray is awesom and rr7 looks nice. its not the same as going from sd to hd but still it looks awesom. also now i get upscaled dvds and upsacled ps1/ps3 games as my previous lcd wouldn#t go with those for some reason
is it actually out on ps3? i thought it was delayed. its out in july now in europe. Anyone been able to compare 360/ps3 versions? do we get another crappy port?
i can see what you're getting at. I got mine a couple of months ago and i've been playing RFOM as SLOWLY as possible as i know there's not really anything else to get stuck into. motorstorm, rr7 etc are ok for online and short games. Unfortunately, ive just finshed rfom, what next? nothing's out there. I'm certainly not gonna bother with any of the crappy ubisoft ports. Shame, as they would have been great games if the ports where any good. we really need some decent games. i reckon more on psn would help too to fill in the gaps
i moved from 360 to ps3 and one thing people forget that is a great plus is that you don't get the constant sound of a hoover whilst playing the ps3. The fan noise is way quieter than the 360.
