First of all don't think I am a russian, or a pro-russian. I am pro-none.

I was just reminiscing the games I played since I started playing games.

Currently I am playing MGS2 on my ps2.

Suddenly a thought flashed in my mind, why do all these games have Russians as bad people and villains!? Are they so bad in real lives? I never met one.

But the games show them cunning and full of hatred and senseless, emotionless creatures.

Because these are made by the American developers?

If that's so, then are Russians nowhere in the game developing dept.?

Are russians not into making games?

If they are, then are they having their own consoles and their own games?

I remember, that Freedom Fighters, Metal Gear Solid 2 and 3, Hitman seriesand a few others had these russian men playing the villain roles.

Anyone there to suggest what's going on? And what is Russia's view on this? I am not ready to believe that they never retorted. Maybe Press pushed their heads down in the water while they were trying to speak. Yes, nowadays press people lie a lot and make news of what never happened or hide news that may not be of so much importance to their own selves. Its all manipulative. Manipulation for Money.

I was wondering about this a few minutes ago, whenI read somewhere that the first two insallments had fixed camera view.

I never noticed that I was feeling bad about it. I never felt. It is still very comfortable, because the view is automatically adjusted to the best one.

But it would be always nice if we had the control to move the camera whenever we wished to gloat through the scenic and grand historic marvels put in by the game designers. You know, you are not always hacking and slashing. Sometimes you do stand and wait. So that's the time to look around using the right analog.

So is the God of War III going to have this view integrated or is it going to be the same as the first two games in the series?

My Slim PS2 will read the disk and put it on the menu screen but when you press X to load the game it goes to a black screen like it is trying to load it and then back to the menu screen like nothing happened. Whats wrong with my PS2? Help any one plzbabe0475

I intend to make this thread to invite all those gamers who have used, are currently using or plan to use a VGA BOX in order to be able to play the console games on their LCD Monitors.

If you have used one or have been using, please post a brief review along with the model and please also state which console do you use with it.

If possible also post screenshot(s) to support your opinion about a VGA box.

I have been searching for a solution to play my PS2 using a component cable on my lcd monitor that can do 720p. But that's quite not possible without a vga box.

Currently I am standing with the XCM mega cool vga box, which is quite expensive compared to the others, but at the same time is the best for PS2, as far as my research goes. Would like your views if you have used it with a ps2.
