You'll need a video capture card that supports component, as component input is the only type that the PSP will support game output. That said, you'll need a slightly better capture card that supports HD input, like this one.

If he has a 3000 he can output games with composite, but if he has a 2000 yeah only component.
[QUOTE="Granpire"]It's quite simple, all you need is a video capture card and a PSP video out cable. Just plug in the video and audio cables, then record away.leddybugLike this?: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Pinnacle+-+Dazzle+DVD+Recorder+Plus+Video+Capture+Cable/9714459.p?id=1218156772061&skuId=9714459&st=video capture card&cp=1&lp=1 and this?: http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/ProductDetails.aspx?product_id=67145 U would have to use the composite cables on the psp capture cards only have Composite video and S-video. PSP 3000 are the only ones that can output games with them though I haven't tired it yet. 2000's only video http://www.amazon.com/PSP-Composite-AV-Cable-Sony/dp/B000VIUNZI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1293421172&sr=8-1
I had a 1000 and it worked fine now that I'm using a 3000 certain audio like walking or running is only coming out the right side of headphones annoying. I emailed konami, anyone else have this issue? I'm using the UMD version wonder if dd version is any better.

I myself can only recommend getting the system new. Getting it used is like a Russian roulette for potential problems...some times, you're good to go, other times, it just ain't gonna happen the way you wanted it to. You pay more, but you don't have to pay for it time and time again.MacSexy
New isn't any differerent can't count how many I returned for dead pixels and wierd d-pads, one the screens was a little sideways. I had new 2000 that only lasted 3mons(playing tony hawk put it in sleep and when I went to wake it up the light blinks at me and always shut back off) Used I try out in the store only paid $70 for this 3000. Gamestop does offer warranty's on used
[QUOTE="p4s2p0"]Just curious, what's the average run time of the files? (Always looking for a decent program.) Like Weeds season 4 is 6hrs3min and 760mb and the expendables is 247mb at 1hr43minJust make sure the one u use has avc support. Smaller filesize and look good. My movies are 200-300mb and look great on psp.

[QUOTE="p4s2p0"] Everybody has the right to their opinion.Second_RookI hate when people say this before a post. I realize that because I just expressed mine.
That was a poor choice of words, everyone has different taste what I meant to say half gone today.
