You come to a gaming site asking what you can do in your free time now that you are trapped in the house with a broken foot. [sarcasm] Im at a complete lose of ideas. [sarcasm]

Diablo-B

Cool sarcasm there guy, but I was hoping I could get something other than gaming. You know? Something out of the box. Unless all people do nowadays is play games.

So hey, I broke my ankle. It's really the first bone I've broken in my life. Long story short its broken in 3 places and am due for surgery this weekend.

Until then, what is a guy to do? My gaming PC/consoles are all upstairs and I can't really get much in the way of entertainment aside from my laptop from which I'm currently writing this. Even so, it's pretty crappy.

So, OffTopic: What can I do to prevent boredom? I'm sure theres people out there who have had the same situation that I'm in..

I highly doubt I will be buying another Nintendo console in my lifetime let alone a Wii U. Last NIN console I had was a Gamecube which was mighty fun. No gimmicks.

[QUOTE="navigata"]

I'd say Ubisoft - Sony - MS and finally Nintendo.

ms555

I really dont think though nintendo did worse than microsoft. True, halo 4 looked better than anything nintendo showed. But basically all the lther good looking games at microsoft conference werent even exclusives, they were mutliplats. And nintendo at least focused on games and features and didnt decide we would rather see nike and usher! Hahaha

While I do agree with your post to a certain extent, it's more of a personal thing for me. I don't have a nintendo console nor will I be getting one in the near future. The games on Nintendo don't appeal to me, they once did 15 years ago. Gears of War Judgment, Halo 4 etc are far more apprealing to me than whatever gimmicks Nintendo threw out at e3

I thought I was the only one that thought it was dumb. I'm surprised people still buy into these gimmicks.

Watch Dogs and The Last of Us looked pretty cool. Still too early to say anything about either game.

I don't play a ton of BF3 as it is, so I'm leaning on the fence. I've recently gotten back onto PC because lol console games. There was a tempting deal on Origin.

Considering that this is the holiday season, I will have family over. Recently moved my PS3 down to my new LED TV and was wondering... What are some good party games? I have a few standard controllers, nothing fancy. So.. Recommendations ?

It crashes as soon as you try to run the game, or periodically? It occasionally crashes for me, and many other people. If you can't play at all, try using the older BF3 Beta drivers (285.38).C_Rule

It crashes very often, 9/10 times. The single player seems to work fine however. Before I can select a class/where I want to spawn, the entire game freezes and forces me to use task manager to back out.
