Did you plug them in while your console was still turned on? Try unplugging the power first, then hooking up your component cables, and then turning on the console.
Actually, I have a cool story about that. I just got a phone call a few minutes ago from Mario! You know, 'The' Mario. He called to tell me that Super Mario Galaxy came out tomorrow and that I could pick up my pre-order tomorrow at Gamestop. It was awesome! I wish I could have recorded it.
I main C. Falcon. It took a lot of time and practice, but I eventually got SHFFLing down so well with him that it became second nature, instead of something I had to think about. There's nothing more satisfying that knocking someone out with a knee to the face.
I guess the downside to paying so much attention to all of the Gameplay videos and stuff during E For All, is that many of these recent updates on the Dojo are things I already know.
Retailers just didn't order enough copies to meet demand during the initial launch. Unfortunately, now that all the big holiday titles are coming out, I doubt that any Zack and Wiki hype will help sell this game at this point. It deserves to be a best seller, but it won't.
Hmm.. how far did you get into the game? And did you even realize that you can use the pointer to pick up crystals? Also, later on you use it as a kind of grapple beam where you attach to these bubbles. Playing any game for 10 minutes is never enough to make a serious judgement on it.
I'm on the last level of the game, and it is downright hard. That said, my only gripe with the game is that often times the motion sensing is wacky. It doesn't always work like it should, especially when you have to move the controller towards the screen. It takes something away from the game when you have to repeatedly do the same motions before the game registers it.
