my wii looks much more stylish than my george foremann PS3. and nintendo is known for making hardware that doesn't break every other month. and working > looking pretty on the shelf.Hope you aren't implying the PS3 is known for breaking every other month. Or even the 360, mine is a Fat with a Jasper chipset and it's been working fine for over a year now. Citation needed on PS3 and 360 breaking literally every other month on a wide-scale basis. dont ever go there. Just because it is more possible that a 360 wont break up does not change the cold fact that for million of users that was not the case in the first years of the system. The 360 faiulure ratio was the highest of its generation, whereas the nintendo remained once again, as the most stable.Sure , its a tongue in cheek remark to say the 360 will break every month, but that is the reputation the system has gained for itself. PS3 is obviously more reliable than it.Besides, it would be a bit more respectable if you said your 360 has been fine over 4 or 5 year, while our original nes, still work fine since 1990(and mine was dropped from a 2nd floor in 1992).The wii can break , but is pretty rare according the industry ratios.-.I dont think a regular 360 from 2006 or 2007 could be found operational in 2020 after yearly abuse-and that is acceptable for some.[QUOTE="BrunoBRS"][QUOTE="Spike1988"]
Man I'm sure it's gonna be awesome, but that thing has no style about it whatsoever! Lol.. Nintendo's strengths definitely don't lie in the looks department ;) Not that that's a big deal or anything, but I was just hoping it'd look a little cooler.

[QUOTE="Sepewrath"][QUOTE="meetroid8"]I was really expecting him to give this series a rest. When was the last time Suda 51 made a trilogy? The conclusion of the sequel was a bit disappointing, I'd really like to see Travis vs Henry vs Shinobu.meetroid8Give it a rest? Its only been 2 games in 4 years lol. And no one said it was a trilogy, it could be 10 games. But Suda did say that NMH2 was probably it for Travis. I wouldn't mind seeing Shinobu take over as the protagonist. He has a track record of constantly making new games, and then all the sudden he makes three NMH games, (which makes it a trilogy BTW), it just seems odd is all. I'm not complaining, but why is NMH getting multiple sequels? Has it been more financially successful than his previous games? No more heroes 1 was one of his most succesful games. No more heroes 2 didnt do so good but is performing passably and might reach the first one sales. A third on a brand new console with more core appeal should do good enough.
I'm gonna go on a limb ang say that's the Engadget article, which has been proven false. HD4890 is not based on the RV770 architecture, only HD4850, HD 4870, HD 4650 (not sure about this though) and HD 4830. And to spice it all up: that whole article is based on those pre E3 rumors. Now, I'm gonna click the link and see if I was correct.
EDIT: YAY, SUCCESS! :D
Yeah, 4850 is what I've been reading as the most likely comparison. It's not nearly as fast as the 4890 but still a mostly capable little card considering its age and pricepoint. (I have a 4830, myself, which is basically a slightly slower 4850) Relatively speaking, though, it's not the generational leap I was expecting. you gotta bear in mind than video cards and consoles work entirely different as the cpu is optimized to boost gpu output-and the games also work in a different way. Do you think, a 24 megs video graphics card in a pc could output Goldeneye wii(thats the amount of memory wii has for video)? Basically the perfomance of said videocard is raised exponentially to standarts much higher than the original pc version. In total, old wii had 88 of ram(around). It still can somehow output Call of Duty engine(MWR).NO PC On earth with 88 of ram can run MW. Now, Wii U has like, what?1 gig of ram? Well i cant even elaborate how far it can go.But i dont think other systems possibly can leap too much above it without setting ridiculous prices.Epic Ginormous Fail in my opinion. I like Metroid LIGHTYEARS better than Zelda. Metroid has not made a mediocre game yet Zelda...[QUOTE="nini200"][QUOTE="garrett_duffman"]Zelda>MetroidSky-
Other M?
Besides, Nintendo already released three Metroid titles this generation.
what?mediocre?Other M is ranked highly internet hate from some fans and all(well ,higher than Zelda 2). Metroid has never been mediocre. But never popular. We however, just had a Metroid game, and not long ago, Hunters.Im hunger for hunters in 3ds, some fps shooter. It had superb graphics for DS, i expect something godly for 3ds(not Mass effect good but hey, a resemblance).
they are having publisher issues atm ,last thing i heard is that sega isnt picking it up yet.And nintendo should-given the not as rich lineup we have and hvs just gave just a decent shooter, they can be trusted to some extent.I haven't heard about that game in a while. Its supposed to come out this October.

http://wii.ign.com/articles/117/1175847p1.html then there is thisI say it could release just after E3, wouldn't that (yet again) be another E3 show stealer for Nintendo.. At the end of their press conference... "oh and btw, Nintendo WiiU will be on the shelves in 2 weeks"
Although thats more hopeful thinking than anything...
Objectively I would say Fall-November.
