@StonerDemon: cheapassgamer.com has already confirmed that Bloodborne will cost $19.99 at Best Buy on Black Friday. If you are a Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked member the price will be $15.99.

@beerswagger: No, most of us just realize that the feigned DRM outrage was just contrived by Sony fanboys who successfully managed to fool casual players who don't look into these things too much. Every console ever made represents the most draconian form of DRM in existence (you can only play the games on that system unlike PC where you can continue installing the game to as many new PC's you buy in the future as you'd like).

Sony also tries to get away with online verification of digital purchases (ever try to play a digital game when PSN is down?) unless you know the trick to change the default settings (which most casual gamers don't know).

@Random_Matt: You honestly don't know that Uncharted was a Tomb Raider clone to start with? Naughty Dog has not exactly been shy about admitting that was their primary influence.

Hilarious to see Sony put out a 100+ game list for PSNow in reaction to MSFT saying earlier today that they're releasing the list of the first 100 Backwards Compatible games next week. Kind of like Sony did their Paris Game Show briefing the day of release for Halo 5. Of course, the 100+ games via BC don't cost customers any more and you can still keep them...

@Letrico: Absurd comment. You don't think releases on PS4 have microtransactions too? Have you heard of a game called Destiny?

What a terrible review. It reads more like The History of Uncharted instead of a review of this actual collection itself. It barely mentions what upgrades are made to the graphics, the lack of extras or the original multiplayer modes, etc. Yes, the review points out 1080p/60fps and the original getting some texture work, but are 2 & 3 just an upscale and frame rate increase without any additional texture/lighting/aliasing improvements?

Basing the score on the state of matchmaking after a few days is an unusual precedence for Gamespot and not consistent with how they have scored other games. Do they go back and re-score the game in a day or two when the matchmaking works fine? It's already working much better (I had no problems yesterday) and it seems odd to significantly reduce a score for a game that will likely be active for years, because it had less than a week of matchmaking problems.

@elreddiablo Gamespot prefers to use the full 10 point scale instead of the 7-10 range most sites use, so an 8 on Gamespot is actually a very good game.
