The entire concept is flawed. What if I want to play this game 10, 15, 20 years from now? I like to play PC games from 2003 and even 1993 on occasion (using DOSBox). Will the SimCity 2013 servers still be available in 2033? Yeah, didn't think so.
@pmubdeeps @WayneSikes49 @gjozefi Okay, so, forget about the server issues, will they fix the other flaws:
1) Must be always online to play 2) Limited city sizes 3) Inability to save game state and go back to previous saves (essential aspect in previous installments) 4) Must be always online to play (this is a serious, 5-point-losing flaw right here -- I give it a 3 at best)
Answer: No, these are intentional design choices and will not be changed. So the review stands.
Oh, further proof that they're a failure and their hardware and games suck and they're trapped by their own IP and lack of innovation and their system is just a toy and not for hardcore gamers and they should just give up and, and, and...
Oh wait... This isn't Nintendo and I'm not Tom Mc Shea... Never mind. Carry on...
Tom Mc Shea's reluctance to admit that he's a failure as a journalist, a writer, and a man has made him appear like a tired old relic desperately ignoring his receding hairline and female-repelling buck teeth, and his incompetence and sheer, raw, unabashed stupidity is going to be harder to ignore with every inane, clueless, pointless, self-embarrassing article he writes.
I continue to be amazed by Gamespot's complaints about the transfer process. I still don't think they've tried it even once yet. IT IS AMAZING! And easy. And why would you ever want or need to go back to the Wii??? Clueless, man, just clueless.
@tgwolf Never gave too much flesh??? Man, you obviously never read The Silmarillion. That sucker is loaded with it! Far more than you ever wanted to know about the history of Middle Earth.
