This is really bad reporting. I'm sure if Amazon broke up Xbone into 5 different bundles the best selling ps4 bundle would be on top. You really can't infer anything from this. Its just fanboy drivel.

Who exactly is stopping these devs and pubs from selling games at $150 or $500 a copy or from selling games only on the Xbox One? Who is stopping MS from releasing the Xbox One? The answer is no one. Who is stopping them from setting up their own shops to sell games and compete with Gamestop with their own polices? *crickets*

Why would Gamestop carry games they don't want to? Do devs and pubs pay Gamestop's rent? Then they don't get a f'ing say in Gamestop's policies. These are for profit companies not charities. Cliff is a multimillionare (or he's a moron for buying a $350,000 car) so guess the game industry as a whole has been fairly profitable for him and Epic.

@Lhomity GTFO Devs and publishers have the right to do what they choose. As they often do with microtransactions and 2-3 different editions of the same damn game. Consumers have one single right. To purchase what they want. And they are choosing to exercise it.

1. Internet can go out. Even my DSL in San Francisco can go out for half a day or more after a big storm or just randomly.

2. You can sell games only where Microsoft allows you to sell games. You can't sell games on ebay or craigslist.

3. Sony has said 3rd party publishers will not be allowed to put restrictions on single player potion of games for resale, only multiplayer. MS has made no such guarantees.

4. Sony has employs more devs then MS and Nintendo combined. This is a fact. Just because MS showed more exclusives doesn't mean they have more.

5. Most people dont want a camera. Even if they did its $60 for an eyetoy.

@casshan02 That can be applied to all physical sales. So used sales of everything should be banned? Car companies have it even worse. They honor all warranties for the full duration no matter how many times the car changes hands. Do you see them begging for a cut of each used car sale.
