i dont know how good these games are but i own them. if the price is right i suggest getting all the expansions. that way you can have access to all mods, should you decide to play those.
chinatown wars is the most fun as far as single player goes. i dont have the game on psp nor iphone but i do have the ds. does the psp version support more than 2 ppl online?

the dreamcast has a pretty big following, i dont know if its really underrated. the gamegear on the other hand never had a chance. as a portable, it was a failure but the game selection was good. i used mine and always had it plugged in. :D

capitalism is also a system that is destined to fail. its based on unlimited growth and nothing in this world has unlimited growth. there is a ceiling to everything. however that is all irrelevant to this debate. i am not against the federal govt providing options to the common man, hell local state govts been doing it for years.

if you are good at doing something why not get paid? plus there is a very bold line between assisted suicide and murder. these things arent even in the same universe. they put down dogs to be humane but we are suppose to watch loved ones, wither away and die. and often with LOADS of medical bills that serve only to prolong what is sure to come. there are some nasty diseases out there and allowing someone to choose when they go is more than humane, it should be there right. not everyone wants to go through losing control of their bowels, take 14 different pills just to feel *ok* or ache just from being awake.
if it has everything you want down to the mobo then why not? had a friend go with a pre build cause it was in the same price range as what he was going to build one for. he got a 64bit processor but a mobo that only accepts 4 gigs ram. haha, so yeah if he has all parts you want, why not.
