After three years of releasing free updates and never charging a dime the moment they do as an OPTION not a requirement for the item people cry foul? Also you can donate to modders as well and every item their you can find and/or make yourself. Seriously how much would you be charged if this game was run by Activision? I for one believe people are just being their normal stupid selves. Damn cattle God/evolution gave you a brain use it.
Its a preference really I prefer using game pads for fighting games and racers but wouldn't dare on anything else (sport games don't count). Unless you play competitively it shouldn't really be an issue.
Watching a squirrel rummage through the bird seeds on theground during winter was more interesting animation wise than ANYTHING in Oblivion (animation wise again) other than that, I enjoyed the game as well, but I personally wouldn't compare it with and FPS or ActionTPSRPG, compared to Morrowind though, I loved Oblivion more, cause it's more accessible.

Yes its true that Microsoft could beat Steam and it should have done so years ago but Microsoft never went full throttle with it. They lost the trust of their customers and thats gonna be hard for them to get back.
