Negative comments about Xbox One's used game restriction led to Microsoft changing it to match what people wanted. Negative comments about Microsoft Points led them to change it to match what people wanted. Holy Crap! Microsoft hired people who listen to the consumers. This is somewhat refreshing.
@ArcoJawa My guess is that most of his powers are the directional B button moves, though there were more than just 3 shown, so....not really sure. He does seem kind of overpowered from what I saw. Probably will be a slower character to balance.
@arc_salvo @COPMAN221ISBACK @bobtheflounder All good points. You may be right. Though when I look at the similarities in specs and features of the XboxOne and PS4, I'm forced to conclude that they had a similar strategy for the next generation, but Sony was fortunate enough to delay certain announcements. Maybe I'm wrong, though. I'm not really aware of what the used game market looks like overseas. If new games sell better in Japan, maybe they wouldn't even think about going after used game retailers?
I have played and completed VII through X roughly 3-4 times each. Love those games. I went back and played through FF I through IV. They were great too. XII and XIII.... I couldn't even finish either one because I became so bored and annoyed half way through. Haven't played any of the MMOs, haven't played the XII or XIII spin-offs. Hell, the last FF game I was excited about, played and enjoyed was Crisis Core for the PSP, though that was mostly for the back story of VII. Each new game they come out with is all about graphics and real-time gameplay. Call me old-fashioned, but I like my RPGs turn-based. Square Enix has lost what once made them great. And waiting around 6 years for a game that I can't even force myself to play all the way through? Sorry, I'm done with this franchise.
